Within this comment section you select the image icon

at which point in time it will open another window that will allow you to browse to your JPGs on your computer. 

Once you then find the picture you want you click open and it will fill in the various sections then depress OK and the rest of it is "autoMagic" and your picture will be placed in your comment.  From there you Add Comment.

nada, I left out the part of depressing BROWSE to initiate the "search on the pc" nor the possible need to change directories to find the pictures that need to be uploaded but presume they may already know that small factoid.

layout, padding, pixels & links is for another time at a latter date.
