It already has been rounded out: Art Linkletter (former San Diegan, too!)

I blew the best autograph opportunity EVER with Hopper.
He was showing his photographs at a gallery in SD, and I showed up with something I got from a nurse friend of mine. Since, in Blue Velvet, he always had his face in that mask breathing that crazy chemical stuff, I brought one for him to autograph. The person working security at the door asked what it was. I told him I wanted Hopper to sign it and he snapped "They aren't doing the autographs tonight. Go put that back in yuor car or I won't let you in."

Art Linkletter was the first to die this week, then Gary Coleman and now Dennis Hopper.
