My apologies if this has been shared already, but doesn't this John Lennon look a bit strange? It seems pretty off to me, though I am not totally familiar with all of Lennon's variations.

I saw this yesterday. I assumed since it was signed on a UK copy that it would have to be late 60`s or early 70's, but I also don't know all his variations.

I had seen it before. It's said to have been signed on 6/23/69. The "J" is a bit unusual, but I've seen similar. The rest of the signature looks pretty solid to me.

I agree. The J is unusual, but it looks A-OK to me. It's a really cool piece.

Matches up decently to Lizzie Bravos Abbey Road (except for J) but I guess that could be a number of reasons.

I've seen this one before as well...it's OK. The photo shows John...Yoko...Julian..and Kyoko

in late June 1969 during their trip up to Scotland to visit his relatives. Lennon had his famous car crash while driving on a winding road...(he was a LOUSY driver). Ended up in the hospital...and missed the first sessions for "Abbey Road" on July 2, 1969.

unusual J for sure but definitely authentic

Plus one on this and with historical significance.

Maybe third most desirable Beatles album to have signed by Lennon after Pepper and Abbey Road? Perhaps sell for 7-10 grand unless anything crazy happens?

What do the members think?

I think it's the most desirable for Lennon to sign.

Really?  Even though it's just a white cover and small picture?  I'd rather have a Pepper or Abbey Road as they are more interesting covers or fold outs.

That's true, but White Albums are rarer.

And an opportunity for killer contrast!
