LOL I never heard that saying, interesting.   :) 

In my opinion, this Neil Armstrong signed card is not authentic.

* "Stiff" drawn appearance with slowness
* Angles, spacing and relative size are all off
* Malformed "y" formation
* None of the subtle positive indicators I like to see
