I was thinking of bidding on it,my gut feeling though was that something wasn't right about it,then when I saw terrier bring it up on the other thread,that kind of drove home my gut feeling.what do you guys not like about it.I need some feedback on your statements because either I bid on this piece,or I absolutely pass on it.any help would be appreciated. If it is real.it would be an absolute beauty. Sotheby’s auction on tuesday lot 49.I already have a phoneb id account set up for this piece and a couple of others.

I'd get Roger's opinion on it, and any other respected Beatles experts you can.

It's nib pen on photo, which tends to get signed more slowly and carefully, so I try to leave opinions to those with more Beatles expertise than me, unless I am sure.

Paul, if you're really interested in this, please do get some expert opinions. Some experts may even recall where the piece came from years ago. They may have seen it in person feel strongly that it's genuine after in hand inspection.
We have very good Beatles people here, but they can't replace the pros in some cases. If it's genuine, it's a fantastic piece.
