Donald Trump - 3rd Party Authenticator says not authentic

Hello all -

This came from a Donald Trump rally in SC and was curious what you thought of it. A 3rd party authenticator said it was not good. I am not an expert on Trump so I have no clue.

What are your thoughts?

It looks real to me. I got his signature in a book, and it looks the same

did you take this to a show to get reviewed or did you submit to one of their offices?What ive come to find out is a lot of times JSA reps at shows if jimmy isnt there they have to make a call to get approval on items. My local JSA rep literally can not cert anything without further review and approval.

I take all my items to them and really respect their opinion. This was at a show.

I am not sure if this is real or not - just wanted to get other peoples opinion on it.

I can say without a shadow of a doubt that is an authentic Trump autograph. I collect mostly political autographs and have recently seen a lot of Trump signatures come my way (obviously due to the fact he is the "presumptive" GOP nominee and reality TV star). One thing I have observed is that Trump's signature will vary on what he is signing, as well as how fast he is signing. His signature has changed more even from when he first started campaigning, obviously because he is now signing a lot more. I have seen it depends on whether the item is a book, a hat, a picture. I also have noted that for things like book signings he will actually take a lot more time on the signature probably because he isn't as rushed. That's pretty much true for all book signings though. If you said this came from a rally it's 100% spot on from others I have seen recently come around from other Trump events. One thing seems to be clear, he definitely signs a lot for people. Personally, I have never used professional authenticators anymore ever since I sent off a Richard Nixon book that I had personally signed by him in person and it came back questionable from PSA. The rumor mill always told me if you aren't one of their premier account holders or send and spend a lot of money, many times they'll just deny it for it for anything. That's just a theory though. I have seen good autographs denied and bad ones go through, as it's all just a matter of opinion for the most part. Hope this helps, congrats on the Trump signature.

Thank you very much for your opinion on the Trump. When selling items I always like to get it authenticated. I have more Trump photos that passed, and of course the hat is what I was looking to sell.
