Looks like it was produced by ABC Dunhill records either as a promotional item or for B.B. What size is the top?

I am 5 7 and it just fits me. I don't know WHO pAPA is.  I have seen one other with Ringo's name on back at a ringo star auction

Here is my BB autograph, on an original oil painting by myself.  BB loved the art and I made it to the TV news the day he autographed it.
