Value on signed KISS Nothin to Lose book

I'm considering selling 1 of my signed Nothin to Lose books. The whole dramatic story on how I got Peter to sign is in another thread. He now mentions it on his website that he won't sign these books. Would that make this any more valuable than, say, Kisstory? Any opinions on a fair asking price would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would say $200-300, maybe a little more if you find the right person.
