From someone with minimal knowledge of those two signatures, I think they look a bit neat and slow, and they used the same pen. Were these obtained at a convention?

I am not sure if it was at a convention but according to the seller they were obtained in person. It also looks similar to these psa examples I think. Would do you think? :)
