What kind of pen/marker should I use on a jersey?

If anyone can help me with what kind of pen/marker should I use on a jersey I would greatly appreciate it.

All depends, but on a black number I would go with a silver sharpie.

I was looking for something better than a sharpie, which can come out too dull or thin if written quickly. Some specific brand of paint pen?

Personally, I use Sakura, but that's because I like their pigment pens, and have no use for the silver/gold/copper ones that come in the kits.
