Need opinions on Leonardo Dicaprio and ALEJANDRO INARRITU signatures

Hi guys, new member here. I've been following this website for some time now and really appreciate the opinions and advice from everyone on here. You guys have even saved me from buying something fake from the ebay seller probstein123 (THANK YOU).

Long story short, I'm an avid and experienced collector of MMA memorabilia but fairly new to everything else. I've been scammed before and while it was a hard learning lesson, I've learned a lot from it and got my money back.

What I'm currently looking at are two posters signed by actor Leonardo Dicaprio and director Alejandro Inarritu. Both of them are PSA/DNA certified and both certification numbers show up in their data base. The ebay seller is nicksportsautographs.


I know that PSA/DNA is probably the most legit in terms of certification of autographs, but I have also heard (not sure if it's true or not) that they have certified some fakes.

I feel like Dicaprio hardly signs anything and Inarritu doesn't seem to be the most well known director in the United States so I'm almost wondering if these somehow got passed and certified by PSA/DNA and they are actually fake.

Can anyone give a rookie any opinions, information or advice?

That is a very nice early example. I would save up and wait to get one like this but I understand that it can hard to wait.

While this is indeed a more desirable and rare signature, it's not something I'm exactly looking for at the moment, as It's out of my budget and I'm particularly looking for Leo's signature on a Wolf of Wall Street poster. 

Long story short, I was never really a big Leo fan until I saw him in Django. Then, when I saw him in The Wolf of Wall Street I became a huge fan. Later seeing him in the Revenant, sold me on him being my favorite actor at the moment despite the fact his acting wasn't on the same par with Tom Hardy's. So I guess you could say I've jumped on the band wagon in terms of his fan base. 

So again, while that signature is more rare and desirable among expert collectors, I'm looking for something a bit different. I do greatly appreciate your help though as It's further educating me on the whole process. Thank you very much.

Just found a couple of more Leo D signatures that are PSA/DNA certified on eBay. Once again, and in both pictures, he has signed in terrible places that make it not only hard to see, but his signature illegible. This is starting to seem like a common theme for him nowadays.....

While this is certainly annoying with the way he seems to do his signatures and how inconsistent they are, I'm going to give this a very thorough looking over and spend more time deciding on what I'm going to do. If I do buy the 2 posters I mentioned in this original post, there's no way in hell I'm paying full price for them. Thanks for your help everybody.

Awesome thanks for the links Rich. And Jesus, once again Leo has signed with a dark pen and also in the worst possible areas where the signature is hard to notice. This is definitely a theme for him nowadays. How annoying.

These are both great items. If you want a recent example Autograph World is your best bet. I prefer the second item myself.

Dude the one by signature pieces is amazing. I would love to have it.

As usual I gotta ask though. Are these legit websites? Again and being a rookie, I'm always going to worry about not having that silly PSA/DNA sticker.

Yes Autograph World is held in high regard. I would trust them.
