help......is anybody familiar with Authentic memorabilia appraisals or ever had dealings with them...would appreciate any input about them.....

That "certificate" belongs in the trash, as it' utterly worthless. Just a few key points:
1) Appraisal is not the same as authentication.
2) They are a nobody in this hobby and hence their appraisal/authentication/whatever they're trying for is decidedly irrelevant.
3) I don't see a signature or owner name where it should be on the first page, strongly suggesting there's no chance this is a legit firm.
4) The "certificate" looks like a half-hearted word document that could have been done by anyone. There is nothing official or legal about it.
