Here is a John Lennon signed guitar that I saw at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Not used to seeing John Lennon signed guitars, I thought I'd add it to my exemplar file. Here it is....

Why are the signature and drawings scratched over? Kind of odd.

This is the 1964 Gibson the Lennon used on the recording of"Give Peace A Chance".

The signature and the coloring was done by Lennon himself.
