Has anyone seen this? To me, it's an amazing bit of Star Wars history if authentic. It's an Alec Guinness signed letter to a fan in California dated June 12, 1977. Its a living, breathing snapshot in time regarding the birth of the Star Wars institution.

Here's a link and pic below. Is it real? If so, it seems like someone got it for a steal.

Cool piece, certainly went a bit higher with the mention of Star Wars, but at the end of the day its still a letter written to someone else. Star wars signed memorabilia will still be more valuable.

Personally, I would love to have something original like that. Now I could be totally wrong, and probably am, but I could see that selling for a few thousand dollars or more in an auction house due to both the content and who the author is. Obi-Wan discussing the birth and rise of Star Wars in a letter dating to the summer of 1977 on Alec Guinness stationery. I just wish I had seen that auction.
