Would it be more financially beneficial to purchase a non-signed guitar just like this one, then swap the pick guards, and end up w/ 2 guitars? (One signed by Jimmy Page and the other by Robert Plant.) Or would it be more valuable if left alone as is, w/ both signatures on 1 guitar?

another reason not too seaperate the guitar u will get a coa from ha for so if u want to resell u can skip the tpa guys.

and the tpa guys are hit or miss and i dont think there credible.

u also got a great deal on it especial if u can get jpj and hes the easist

I am thinking of submitting it to Beckett next month (the new PSA they say). But really how reliable and respected is a COA from Heritage? Most want PSA, JSA, Beckett, etc.

*If I do separate I will submit both guitars to Beckett to be each individually certified.

i dont trust any off them .just know your stuff one will say yes other will say no

and ha has there experts same as beckett

i wouldnt spend the 3 or 400 on it.

they have everyone foolled that

t nothing is good unless u pay them and there name is on it. too me its a joke .now today every one is an expert and gives there 2 cents  will it ever end,

especial when artist sign differnty in differnt situations there sig changes.

i perfer know were my stuff comes from and do my own home work.

Hello, if I were buying this and found that it once had a guard with Jimmy Page that was removed I would pass/altered - but that is me. Is it known this was not assembled in the first place? If original, a great shame to dismantle the moment IMHO.

Whatever you do, please don't let anyone put a sticker on it!

if there going to sticker it put it on the back.  ha where got it from wont but u will get a nice coa from the, i personaly think thats all u need.

there one off the biggest companys in the world selling 100 of miliions dollars a year and then u send too the lettle guy do a million for aproval

i can tell u ha does reject stuff they dont like or its as clean as they would like too sell  it

Some TPA's will  put the sticker on the cert. This is best I believe. To me it is vandalism and free advertising. I never have and never will buy anything with a sticker. Sell to the right collector you might not need any of this.

I am new to this somewhat. And I was led to believe the sticker (PSA/DNA) is actually like a "plus". I have a few items w/ stickers attached. To me personally the decal doesn't bother me too much but I can see your point as well. Now I'm wondering if I should go through w/ the TPA process after all. Maybe a less informed person would feel better w/ a TPA besides the Heritage COA. Maybe??

as ive said i belive the tpa is a waste of time thats my person belife especail as u got the ha cert.

the guitar looks nice i saw it.

with tpa u can get 3 differnt results and there not cheap especaily shipping a guitar unfortunaly they convinced people that there stuff isnt good unless u pay them too tell u its good so there the ones making money.

i know stories about tpa failing inperson stuf from time too time .and all off them use differnt criteria.

for me personaly the one guy i trust is frank becuase all he does is beatles .

most off the stuff they do u can do ur self

To many it is a "plus", but perhaps odd that you don't see stickers on cars, paintings, or (generally) super valuable autographs etc. I don't know who is informed best, but many like the sticker, some want it on the back, and many can't stand it at all. I think it is lovely as is, your guitar. For me, I have asked for a few opinions, never submitted anything and do all my own authentication. It's part of the hobby as I see it and my responsibility/my $ to look after.

Can I get your opinion on this one?
