o I have a little bit of experience but am stuck on whether or not this is worth sending in.. first I'll share my two biggest concerns:
The cross on the T is perfectly straight. I can find a couple online certified through spa like this but it seems like almost always the right side of the cross curls down.. not sure if that's a big deal or not but anyway...
The M in Tom seems to typically go down up and down, not creating a full m but in this case it goes down up, down up, down... now again I see this very occasionally but it still raises a red flag for me.
Above you can see it's authenticated through a third party authenticator, a shop that closed a few years ago in Florida. Not sure if that's relevant.
Just wondering if anyone shares the same concerns as myself or if they're just noob concerns I'm thinking into too much. Thanks for the help!

I'm considering making a trade for this.. the guy claims to have worked for the patriots 10 years ago, but won this at a silent auction, and feels it looks like signatures he bought in person.. maybe this is good, but I have a few concerns

Concerns are warranted when it comes to Brady or just about any major sports superstar. I wouldn't buy anything that doesn't come straight from Tristar (or any other major company he's had a signing with in the past). He's forged incessantly and quite difficult to obtain in person, from what I understand.

Despite my very limited knowledge of Brady, that immediately strikes me as looking way off. I think, among other things, Brady's signature is usually much smaller. Who sold/authenticated it?

Authentic sports in Delray Florida

Maybe the better question is where did they get it from?

sorry but that is not authentic

Oh don't be sorry I very much appreciate it.. haven't traded for it! Now on the ethics side.. do you tell the person selling it that it isn't real, or do you just let it go?

Sort of depends what you feel like dealing with - odds are he'll be defensive. You never know. If it was me, I would just take a pass and leave it at that (unless pressed otherwise).

great question.  I would only tell him if he asked why you are declining the sale.
