Jerry Lee Lewis New Book and Signing?

has anybody got information about what bookstores jerry is attending to sign his new book ? I say sign as I have seen at the barnes &noble store in new York while he will be in attendance the books will be pre signed and only the auther will be signing !! does that set any alarm bells off

at this moment this is the only signing he will be attending does anyone know of any others as would really like to add him to my book collection and being based in uk I have to get in touch with the stores in usa !!

I was sure he did since it was at the airport, but since his people have been known to take IP items out of sight to sign, and those often look off, I had to ask.

I disagree. Keep in mind that the pre-signed Best Buy CD signatures were claimed to be secretarial, and now there's one for sale on Roger's site. Why can't the same mistake have been made with the book signatures? I believe it was. The book signatures contain a number of authentic traits spread across the examples we've seen. Apparently PSA/DNA agrees.

A Best Buy "Mean Old Man" CD signature (one of apparently 200 that were signed) was one of five signatures that essentially formed the basis of the TTM secretarial claim. It was posted on page 23 of the other JLL thread along with four other signatures that were claimed to be consistent with each other, but not with authentic examples. In addition, one of the signatures you received TTM after Judith was "called out" was deemed authentic, while another signature that is clearly in the same hand was deemed secretarial.

Here are the Best Buy "Mean Old Man" signed CDs. The top one was shown as one of five examples of a JLL secretarial. The bottom one is currently for sale on Roger's website.

Here, the top one was deemed not authentic. The bottom one, which was received TTM after Judith was "called out", was deemed authentic.

The top pair look clearly signed by the same person to me. I'm Not comfortable with either of them.

The bottom pair look to me like they were signed by different people. I think that JLL signed the bottom one.

You've changed your mind then? You recently stated in the other thread that they appear to be signed by the same person, along with this one as well.

I didn't say that I thought the inscriptions were signed by the same person?

Could be I changed my mind, tho.

One thing we do know is that there are a lot of questions about JLL autographs, so collectors should be ultra careful about what they buy.

This is referring to the last three examples I posted in this thread (Great Balls of Fire, Sincerely Yours and To Mark - Keep Rockin'), plus a signed photo from Tracks that isn't posted in this thread.

The Tracks one at the bottom is compelling evidence to me that JLL didn't sign or inscribe any of the other 3, since the all seem to be in the same hand.

He only signed and inscribed the bottom one (from Tracks UK) on the left, plus the arrow.

Here are some examples from the signed 2007 Jazz Festival prints. These are from three different numbered editions - 100, 300 and 1,200. I doubt that all 1,200 of the third edition were signed. I think these look similar to the Best Buy "Mean Old Man" CD signatures.
