I was wondering if people think that  purchasing a third party coa is necessary or increases the value of something like an autograph book with many signatures?  thanks

I could be wrong, but it seems like the main problem here is that the TPA would likely charge you for every signature in the book, making it an expensive effort.

It would depend on who signed the book. Is there one or more high value signatures? If so, have only the higher value signature(s) authenticated. Condition, etc would also dictate whether to pay for additional authentication. I would think, if knowledgeable collectors see the autographs you will get a fair price if you are selling it. Most companies have a fee for each additional signatures they authenticate. But, I think they will only charge for the ones you want done.

you are correct Rich.  I have just been informed by auction house that indeed I would be charged for every autograph in the book so I will be bankrupt!  Maybe I will just go then for a couple of the higher value sigs ;-

Who are the signers/celebrities? Please, don't let them put "stickers" on whatever you send in. You can request the stickers be fixed to the COA instead.
