We now have a Musician-Direct Autograph Sales Forum where you can post individual discussions of new offerings. It's a big change—and a big improvement. We closed this discussion after 8 years but it will always be available to read.

The new system has been in place for 2 months now and it's working well.

Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website (http://www.johnmayall.com/merch.html). I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits(http://peternoone.com/store/). John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

Did anyone order the autographed bundle of Dan Auerbach's new album. I received my 2 copies today and despite having the "Signed by Dan Auerbach" hype sticker, neither of them is actually signed. How does that happen?

I received mine today as well and it was not signed despite also having the sticker. Sent an e-mail but no response yet.

Couldn't find a number to call. I think his store is run by WEA. I've emailed so now the waiting begins.

Check for inserts or anything else that might be signed.

Checked all the inserts, packing, etc.....couldn't find a signed item, there is a poster, lyric sheet enclosed and expected it might be there....but nothing.

See discussion on Easy Eye Sound facebook page under "did you get Dan's new album"....seems like no one got signed copy....supposedly on poster but nothing there.....no response yet from them....

Just got an email from Easy Eye Sound. Looks like they had a screw up at the packaging facility and no one got an autographed copy. They are working on sending out some sort of replacement.

A couple of interesting things I found on Popmarket.com, both of which are especially good deals for items thought to have been long sold out -

The old Halsey "Badlands" autographed box set for the original retail price of $49.99. These have been going for a LOT more on eBay.

Wolf Alice signed post cards for $9.99. These were given with the album as a preorder bonus and seemed to be quite sought after among Wolf Alice fans and collectors.

Thanks for posting this. Bought the Wolf Alice postcard. It doesn't appear that this site lets you search for only autographed items and I appreciate you taking the time to find these items.

Actually, After I found the Halsey box set, I typed in the word "signed," in the upper right search box, and the Wolf Alice postcards were the first thing to pop up.
