Some of the forgeries aren't half bad and can fool those at first glance. (If you check his other listings and past sales)
He's made 1000's or more dollars in the past 6 months.
Of course, Ebay will do nothing.

Very very difficult to forge a fully signed item and get away with it from anyone but a true beginner collector. But the true beginner is these guys sweet spot.

Well there are plenty on his sold listings, some are original art even. I compared many to originals and they do seem pretty authentic to me.

Seller was also very quick and meticulous with his answer regarding my questions about the items. Here's an excerpt from what he wrote:
"The item was acquired from my brother in laws home after he passed. Although I do not know for sure we can only assume that perhaps this is where it was signed. The signature once compared to known examples is perfect in all its traits and I am sure you will be happy.
I mailed out the item to you yesterday and you should be receiving it very soon."

First, welcome to Autograph Live. It can be hard to figure out what to believe, especially at first.
Forgeries usually look like the real thing; but some are extremely good and some are extremely bad. Just like Elvis Presley impersonators look at least something like Elvis.

I went to the link you posted below to the seller's sold items and saw right away some telltale signs there's something wrong:
He sold a Bob Dylan purportedly signed first edition book for $51. It's hard to find any genuine Dylan autographs for under $1,000. Most are significantly more.
Right under that is a supposed Obama signed comic book he sold for $25. At $250, a real one would be a steal.
Under that is what he calls a Charles Schultz signed Snoopy sketch in a first edition for $100. A real one would be a bargain at 10-times the price.
The autograph he claims is Elvis Presley's sold for $76. A real one would be a good deal at $1,500.
Those are just the few I clicked on.
A long-time seller of autographs wouldn't sell genuine examples of easy to sell names for pennies on the dollar.

Here is something to look at in this context. This is a bit more dangerous that what I saw time. Careful eyes will see the problems when compared to the original LP. This seller is to be avoided. This is not David Bowie's hand on the right below:

Hi Bruce, Jonathan. Well, I can see how the LP on the right can appear something closer at a quick glance. Overall it has many problems. It is too bouncy and curvy, lacking the spidery straighter letters Bowie generally produced in his handwriting. The "h" in "with" - angles vs humps. Baselines, formations, all those tight curves at the start of that "B" and the creation of the "owie" are far off enough to stand out as is the "83", which suggests something other than Bowie's left hand. The "s" in "best" and "wishes". Look at just the ink application in the strokes. On the left there is variation is pressure and width, on the right...

The genuine example on the left was signed for a producer. There are a couple of other covers signed for this person dated 1983. These are not very similar. The first 15% of the "B" in "Bowie" reveals a serious problem. There are many observable differences in the inscription and "autograph" on the right. One thing is the placement - it suggests a missing inscription. And once you see where this presentation came from, on the same album, you have a lot to look at. It is a reasonable attempt, but fails in a large number of ways.
