Ballroom,

Yes, I remember these autographs.

This Elvis' autograph was sold with Rich Consola original LOA - https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/elvis-presley-original-autog... . Sold: November 7, 2014. I don't remember exactly price, it was sold about for $700.

This autograph passed PSA/DNA and it was encapsulated - https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/elvis-presley-original-authe... . I'll defenetly find photo when it encapsulated. Sold: March 20, 2015.

Yes, maybe it's looks like strange for you, but it's all authentic signatures.

Why piece of paper? Because they cheaper than signed photos. You are able to buy signed piece of paper (without any guarantee or LOA) even for $300-400. If you know how to bargain with sellers. I bought all these signatures very cheaper. If you wanna again blame me that I selling fakes, it's a bad idea, but if you want - come on. Then you'll talks about it with Rich Consola and people from PSA/DNA (if you think that you know it much better).

Did you purchase the first two Elvis signatures from the same seller, as you did with the two similar Hendrix signatures? Did you call eBay to find out why they removed your latest Elvis offering?

No, it was all from different persons. Two from US (different sellers), this one was from Germany - https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/elvis-presley-original-authe... And honestly I was afraid to buy Elvis' signature from Germany (because I know that there tons of Elvis faked autographs). But I decided to take a chance, because in generally autograph looked good.

I thought they might all be from the same seller, as one of the Hendrix signatures and one of the Elvis signatures has a big piece of one of the corners cleanly torn off.

Haha no, it's just coincidence. I didn't even notice this.

was Rick Consola's coa genuine in relation to Jakes fake elvis?

I'm not sure. I emailed him, but didn't receive a response. Jake has two Elvis signatures that I believe are fake, and which purportedly have LOAs from Consola. A third Elvis that appears to be in the same hand was removed by eBay less than 30 minutes after I posted the seller's eBay ID in this discussion.

Sometimes it can be a problem when they're too similar, especially when they're from the same source. Forgers will practice certain characteristics and repeat them.

Unfortunately, I don't have so much experience like you or other members here. Usually I see really faked autographs which even doesn't looks like as need to be. Probably you right, but personal to me it's so hard to see these characteristics (it's easy if you know that autographs from the same seller and you think 'it's may be fake'). But when sellers is different I don't compare autographs between different sellers. I try to compare autographs with original. And always, some places of autograph I like, some not. Much better to ask an expert. But now I'll be very sceptical (after this Hendrix' terrible story... I've lost lot of my money).

But I'm still don't understand how it could be that one authentication company says "yes", other company says "no" (it's happens very often: PSA/DNA vs JSA).

Found another discussion Jake Jones started last year. I think you will recognize the Elvis discussed.

Thanks for the link, Adam. I hadn't seen this discussion. There are some excellent observations here regarding the "To Alice" example. Physician, heal thyself.

Jake Jones / bigjake 1120 / longstay54 has deleted his eBay account. Now this is 100% fact that he's selling forgeries (now there's nothing to discuss).
