The Temple content seems personal enough and she was good with mail so I'd think she would give a real signature for this type of letter. The O'Connor is definitely her handwriting. She did autopen but only for the chambers cards (at least early 2000s). Other fan mail was met with authentic signatures. I met Justice O'Connor at a Supreme Court function a few years back, talked a minute or so with her and got the impression her position did not go to her head.
