Can anyone help identify the following autographs from the 1940's

Hi peeps,

Just won an autograph book at an auction and have identified many of the names listed, however I am stuck on the following.

Most of the autographs identified were film or stage stars from the 1940's

Ps: I think the first is Clark Gable as most of the letters seem to match, but it is a bit of a scribble especially the surname.

Pps: I will add the rest bit by bit as there are 13 in total which I can't fit on this one discussion.

i believe the third autograph is that of charlton heston......

Hi Carl,

It does look very similar, no crossed 't's tough and I can't find anything YET similar on Google, would be fantastic if it was.

Can I ask you to have a look at the one I thought might have been Clark Gable, again it has similarities but not sure?

sorry but that is not a  clark gable autograph....if you punch in item number on ebay  273008034686 you will see a charlton heston autograph, then look at yours...imo definitly a heston signature.....

Cheers for that, have found a lot of good names in that autograph book I brought recently.
