Any thoughts on these signed CD's off eBay?

Welcome to the forum Perry -- good to finally have you on board!

Hi Mr cox

How do you feel about giving your opinion on this forum it would it have any legal ramifications for you being who you are??

I was thinking the same thing but I doubt he wants to get bombarded with those questions lol but who knows he might chime in from time to time,

Dealers give opinions in forums all the time.

Well great if he can but all you guys get dragged through the courts for trying to do the right thing.

I will try to help when I can. Yes, it can tend to get ' legal ' all too often, but I understand that when investments are made and emotions are high. What can often happen is that both sides can tend to want to ' shoot the messenger ! '. So it has increasingly become a delicate area to navigate for us all. I mean one ' it's not good ' can start a firestorm of legalities. Kind of a shame, but also hard to avoid in some cases.

Thank you!

A very classy statement from one of the top Beatles sellers, authenticaters in the world. He, Frank, and Paul Wane (Tracks U.K) are all top notch. As far as landing in court. Its all about how you word things. You can always say you dont like it or not a fan. Thats your opinion. You dont personally call someone a forger. Welcome Mr. Cox!

Thank you Ian. Glad to be here.

Thank you for joining Perry. I think the authenticating "business" can be damn if you do, damn if you don't!

I think many of us in The Beatles autograph collecting community do look at yourself, Frank, and Paul/Jason from Tracks as the top so and so "experts" in the field. While everything you said is understandable, we are all human! Unless you witnessed an autograph signed in person, all we can do is seek to become more well versed in the styles in which The Beatles were signing and seek out advice from other knowledgable individuals, such as yourself, to gather a more than likely or less than likely on authenticity of a signature.

Nothing is 100% unless we were there, but I know Perry to be a very upstanding and genuine person within the collecting community. Thank you for your response here.

Thanks Adam, I appreciate that. Indeed, we try hard to do this right.

Welcome, Perry. It’s great to see you here. I’m sorry it’s under these circumstances. Have you read through the other discussions I provided links to earlier in this discussion?
