At what point can we call out an ebay seller as the SOURCE of counterfeits?

Collectors/Sellers sometimes accidentally sell fakes -- they bought them thinking they were real, and sold them thinking they were real.  But when a seller has absolutely nothing authentic, and everything looks like it was done by the same one or two hands...

I dont see one genuine item in his inventory or sold lists.  Do you?

You can never prove that the seller is the source...

But I'll say one thing; I've seen worse than those.

That’s a shame.  Am I right that NONE of these signatures are authentic?  Do you share my assumption that (at the very least) he knows he’s peddling fakes? (IMO he is the forger or at least works closely with the guy holding the pen)

This lr2b-34 is obviously creating his own fakes (same writing everywhere). He's just a piece of s***....

Is there anyway to report this person?  I bought an item just to get his address/info.  Does any law enforcement office in Ohio give a sh*t about counterfeit sports stuff?
