ipa network?.
found some great autographed items ''mostly magazines like'' rolling stone and playboy '' with signing dates and places with a coa of ''IPA NETWORK'' but as long i do collect i never hear from them. any info would be great. i also mailed IPA and hoping they wil answer me.

i did find this site myself but was only wondering they are legit or not...did send them a email but did not get a answer. did found some items with ipa coa's and bidding on it and now hoping when i winning them it's authentic.

I couldn’t really find anything on them myself. I think most of their items look OK but am unsure on others. Best of luck to you.

If you scan google, you'll find a few articles about or including them. It appears that the company changed it's business model at least somewhat from an autograph collector/dealer to celebrity appearances (i.e. presumably mostly at conventions). The owner is still the same however. I do remember their ads and listings in the 1990's print version of Autograph Magazine.
