I am new to autograph Collecting and I am looking for help. Tom Brady Autographed Jersey

I purchased this TOM BRADY Autographed  Jersey.  The owner told me that it came from Antiquities in CA.  I haven't received the COA yet.  PSA quick opinion says it is likely not genuine.  AMA quick opinion says that it is likely genuine.

 

I have conflicting reports now.  Anyone have any opinions on this.  I would really appreciate it.
