laurel and hardy autograph neon sign.

i have the chance to buy this neon sign that did his work in a restaurant in the Netherlands for the last 2 years. what makes it special is because the sign let see the autographs of laurel and hardy in neon ''size is 80 x 40 cm''. why i post this is because i like your thoughts about this item ''i think it's very rare'' and can't find anything about it on the internet.

seller ask 450 euro but after asking david tomlinson about the sign he told me it should cost around 200 dollar when it's new. and there is a time limit about neon so it could be done after a few hours and that's what i don't want.
