Hi...novice when it comes to Ruth here...but this ball strikes me as "slowly drawn"; some of the letters, like the "F" in "From" just don't look natural to my eye.  This ball has a Barry Halper LOA.  Could some of you Ruth experts educate me on this ball, and if it appears legit or not?  All opinions welcomed!  Thanks.
