Hi there ! Please contact your bank OR the California Attorney General's Office and you should either get your product or money back in no time. You can request that you would rather receive the item than your money back. THat should put a little bit of fire under Bieber's and UMG's rear ends and that will expedite the process. Silence is acceptance.

I filed a complaint about the yummy signed cds to the attorney General in CA I don;t know if it will do any good But I do realize the more that complains the better everybody complain about umg stores

Hi Bill ! I am so glad that you spoke up and yes, the California Attorney General's office will help you. Please be sure to have the proper documentation such as : advertisements, receipts, and communication with his company. The California Attorney General's office will then order the company to either get you the goods or return your money. Sometimes, in the entertainment industry, the company will try to make a wrong a right by rewarding you with more. I recently dealt with a celebrity and the celebrity through in some extras which was very nice of him/her to make his/her wrong a right. Again, thanks for speaking up and the California Attorney General's Office handles cases on a one-by-one basis, so it doesn't matter how many complaints that they receive from other people, they will look at your case individually. ALSO, please contact the Better Business Bureau of California as the UMG has several complaints filed against them ; however, UMG resolved all of these cases in a timely manner.

I went to go in and get what card I used in my order. And surprising my status has changed from Preparing to ship,
I will give them a week before I go back to my CC and get my refund.

Nice job ! There has been a lot of heat and a lot of fans are upset that they are getting the " Holy " cd in no time while they are still waiting on the signed Yummy and Stuck With You CDs. Plus, more fans are speaking up. It's bad publicity for Bieber and he's supposed to be on SNL tonight.

That makes sense and this is bad publicity for both artists since they haven't followed through with their promise to fans. I mean, it's been 5 months and there's no excuse.

I'm not buying that excuse since Jon Bon Jovi, Katie Perry, Taylor Swift, and other artists got their signed albums out to fans. UMG has been under a lot of heat from fans on Twitter since those fans are getting Bieber's new CD within days of ordering and they have waited months for this purchase. Hopefully, the California Attorney General's office will set them straight. They are in a last minute dire attempt and we have been told that they are on their way for the past five months.
