Has anyone, besides me, purchased "authentic autographed" sports items from the AAFES web site? If so, you probably know by now that the chances of those being authentic is not in your favor. For those who have purchased and discovered the authenticity is questionable, have you ever complained to AAFES and/or At Auction, and what was their response? I would appreciate any feedback on this.

Thanks

I have but I knew the item was fake when I bought it. I had it looked at by an autheticator and item failed. I sent e-mail to AAFES customer service director. They stood behind this company and turned over my name, phone number and address to AlwaysAtAuction.

As far as complaining to AlwaysAtAuction I did in person. Long story in itself. They would probably refund you though if you said something.

Is it possible to mail your command and/or Congress about this? It seems unreasonable that the government has granted a distribution contract through AAFES to a group that sells faked merchandise. Is AlwaysAtAuction located on US soil? Perhaps you could report them to the FBI.

This is disturbing.  I just don't know how some people can sleep at night.
