I cant speak for the us bundles but the uk bundles of the cd and cassettes with signed card have shipped with the cd and card in an amazon style brown envelope with the 3 cassettes in a seperate jiffy bag and both then put into one outer bag making one large package so the signed cards should hopefully arrive in decent condition

NO sorry i managed to get one of the so called limited to 70 copies bundle of the lockdown cd ,cold heart cd elton signed art card and 3 cassette bundle that quickly popped up on the store last week and sold out ,it arrived this morning and was packaged as described above, the signed card is the cold heart card and they cocked up and sent me a card signed by dua lipa not elton ,but at least it did arrive in good condition not mangled by sliding around with three cassettes and two cds

I’m sure that said it was the single signed card not the album that’s why I heard off that one but still should be signed by Elton
I got my dua cd today I sent to my mothers and just opened it the receipt says signed by dua but the cd is not sealed and the art card is signed by Elton wtf

I just got another shipping notice. The cassette shipped yesterday and today the CD shipped. But not the signed card. Obviously they are trying to chart the album and have to have everything shipped out by a certain date. But I hate when they do this because they don't always follow up.

It's just irritating because it wasn't that hard to get the cards. One box shipped from the U.K. to the U.S.. Two weeks tops. Personally I would have rather they packaged the entire thing together. By shipping this stuff on it's own it doesn't leave you with a leg to stand on claim wise. Probably can return it all on your own dime but that is a pain. And typically the never let you know they got it back until after several emails. Been down this road before.

Order was successful with a UK forwarding service address and US billing. 1st time using forwarder. We will see how it goes. Yes, probably got some costs and inconvenience coming up; however, no way to get one otherwise. Glad it is album.
