Bruce Springsteen Born to run whole band signed.

I found this album at a thrift store, I have no idea if it real or fake. I’ve done some research . What makes me think it is fake is , the authenticity certificate seems fake to me, it’s cheap looking and the persons name, I can find any info on. Some autographs seem legit with ones I’ve compared them to online. Please let me know what you all think and if it worth looking into getting authenticated.
