No consistency with these guys. All they do is blame the label or whoever.

TSL responded to me. They informed me that my package already shipped. They gave me a tracking number and also said the info can be found on my order page. It is NOT on my order page... It still says its expected to ship Sept 19th. Ups innovations tracking shows it was shipped on the 1st. I will let TSL know that my order page never updated as shipped. This must be why people arnt receiving notifications and are receiving their package without warning.

I'll have to reach out to them too.  Mine was ordered Sept 7 and supposed to ship Sep 19 too.

Mine arrived today.  Mine looks like yours in terms of signing locations but Robert's gold must have died so he switched to black, which is hidden in the background.  Far from ideal but more of a Robert problem than a TSL mistake.

Arrived today,

CD sized insert, missing Lamm signature (others in gold, his is completely missing)

Guess I'll have to email in about a possible replacement

On the website it says “Orders placed after 9/12/22 will ship approximately 11/14/22.” Is this new?

I'm not certain of exact dates but I believe that was in place with the restocks.

I just received mine today. Had shipping notification early this morning, a few hours after the package changed hands from ups to usps. Its possible TSL notification delays are associated with using ups innovation shipping.

That said, based on other comments, I guess I was lucky with TSL once again. Both inserts arrived in perfect condition with all 3 signatures signed in gold.

I received my signed Chicago vinyl and there was good news and bad news. Good news was signed by all 3. Bad news is that Robert Lamm chose to use a black sharpie on a black background??? Oh well, I know some only received 2 signatures so I will look at it as glass half full LOL

He did the same thing on my CD "insert" although he was probably like 30% in the lighter background.  It is a shame he didn't rotate and sign in the lighter part for us. The 12x12 looks big enough that he could have made it totally fit.

What can you say?  Lamm just couldn't have cared less on these.
