My vinyl LP was also well packaged, but these CDs were not. They were placed loose in a thin, A4 white card envelope. My girlfriend found the package hanging on the outside of the letterbox when she came home from work. Shite service from Yodel.

Got my four lps but the customer service people dont care at all.
I replied and never did get a response.
they dont provide tracking numbers for courier delivery and think i used standard when i paid extra.

Basically, I’ve been screwed over by Universal Music’s U.K. web store. I ordered all four signed CDs when they first went on sale, but my order was picked incorrectly and they only sent me the Moonstone Blue and Mahogany editions. After a week of trying to get someone in customer service to help me, they are now mailing me the Jade Green edition, but they say Blood Moon is sold out. I’m gutted because I wanted the full set of four.
So, if anyone here has a spare Blood Moon signed CD — preferably in the U.K., but I’d consider international — please get in touch via PM.

Sorry I can't help you out, my orders from UK got cancelled because I used a forwarding address. So I only have the Moonstone Blue coming from US.
Thanks, anyway, my friend. I remain hopeful that someone here will be able to me out. I’m likely going to end up with a spare Moonstone Blue CD, which I can potentially factor into any deal I strike.
I’m going to continue to fight the financial aspect with UMUK. They need to understand that the full set is worth more to a collector than the sum of its parts. My argument is that I may have to buy Blood Moon on the secondary market, and they should compensate me for that expense, given that this is their error.
What a mess this has turned into for so many of us. It shouldn’t be this difficult.
My Mahogany has not been processed my others have been received, a lot of people think it's been over sold so it'll get cancelled unfortunately.
I think Mahogany is the best photo of the lot aswell wish it had been sent.
I emailed them today as like you my Mahogany is pending and I don’t know if I just got a idiot but he claims mine has been shipped and they just haven’t updated it.
