I ain’t going now but I highly doubt I would get arrested for asking for a refund calmly with evidence of their fraudulent acts in hand . Unless they would like be to get my team of lawyers involved and go to court .

That's huge!
I'm not in love with the terminology used, but it's close enough.
Since this is an official, public acknowledgement, maybe this could impact the industry and the use of autopens.
BTW, I hope some people will now let S&S/Premier/Coles know that they appreciate this resolution.

The sad thing is that Bob might have actually signed a few pages/books. That would have given them the autopen patterns. If so, I'll bet those were set aside for his team.
