I got that email, also, in addition to one confirming my monthly donation.
If you aren't getting emails from them, maybe check your spam folder. Or if you've never received an email from them, maybe they have the wrong one.

I got emails from them confirming my donations and taking the donations out just not emails about the Steven Tyler photo

I received 2 emails yesterday, the 1st one was from Janie's Angel's stating they've 'processed the next $15.00 donation in your recurring donation commitment,' and the 2nd email an hour later from Youth Villages Donor Services stating 'the prints have been shipped to Steven and will be signed soon. We are planning to have your print shipped out by the end of February but will send out an email notification when it is on the way.' Hope this helps.

Yeh it was in-between 2 pieces of 8x10 cardboard in a plastic sleeve it showed up in mint condition no damage

So i signed up on 12/2 and made a donation. I received confirmation to my email. i have not heard anything from them regarding the signed photo. When I went back to the site today to sign in, it said that my email address doesn’t exist. I messaged them asking for assistance. Anybody else have any issues?

I've never signed into (or signed up for) their site. Are you sure that part of the site is connected to the donations?
Have you gotten any monthly emails to confirm the monthly payment?

I tried to login too, but that does not seem to be connected to the donations.
Did you make a one time or recurring donation? The one time donation had to be very large this year, I believe $350.
If you made a recurring donation, did they take the second payment around 01/2? If they didn't your donation might not have been processed correctly.
I had issues like that 2 years ago. Payment wasn't processed for unknown reasons. They weren't very helpful then. I hope you have more luck!
