Anyone have any experience with JG Autographs? Just looking for opinions on how they operate and if trustworthy

Tons of transactions with them on ebay. I've never had an issue or doubt.
A fine dealership all the way around....recommended!
Hi Steve,
Many of my better pieces come from JG. Good source. What item are you looking at?
They're widely respected with a great reputation, and I always liked them, but have they had a change in ownership or something? If you look through their website the past few years, it's page after page of old candid photos and not a lot in the way of autographs.
I know that they've moved a lot of their auctions off ebay to another platform, so it's sort of a new business model for them.
I assume the photos are historic ephemera, which they've sold over the years.
I purchased a good number of these candids from eBay, some signed, within the last year. Highly desirable stuff to me.
Very trustworthy and careful IMO. Jared Gendron is the owner.
Autographs have become a smaller part of their business in recent years from what I've seen but they still sell a good number of them.
JG Autographs is exceptional in that they removed a Macca forgery from sale even though it was authenticated by PSA/DNA.
I remember that. It was back in 2020 and Jared even contacted PSA/DNA to give them constructive feedback.
Nice. I’d love to know what they said if it was anything other than a canned response. There’s another PSA/DNA authenticated Macca SoCal forgery on eBay right now, so they couldn’t have been too interested.
I agree with the above assessments.
JG wants to get it right, not just make money by selling along questionable material.
And he hates authentication stickers as much as I fo. He'll sell stickered items if they're in collections that he's purchased, but he doesn't go out and get them added to items.
His ebay auctions used to start at .99 and I got many a bargain if the other bidders were asleep at the wheel that week.
I remember the 99 cent auctions of hundreds of authentic autographs. I always seemed to get outbid when I bid on his items so I never had the fortune of getting a great autograph deal from him.
I was wondering where he/his 99 cent auctions went. Sad to see they slowed down and/or went elsewhere.
