Did these even exist? I think it's probably time I look for PR contacts I was able to kick into gear a Tony Hawks video game documentary resolved where autographed lower tier rewards were only sent out after I contacted him (rep most likely) directly.

I've seen a few actual signed books pop up on eBay but I don't believe any are from Amazon. Instead from live events like this one came from

The offer on Amazon was for the book and a signed photo. I've not seen any show up on ebay, so I don't believe they have been released.
The signed books were offered at concerts and special events like SDCC.
