Velvet Revolver autographed guitar

I picked up this Velvet Revolver signed guitar recently. I purchased it from Scott Weiland's interior designer who had become close friends of the Weiland family. I did not ask why he was choosing to part with it. I have passed on a few Velvet Revolver guitars over the years but I could not pass this one up especially with Slash's skull art.

Beautiful guitar! I agree. Nothing more frustrating then people asking who signed an item.

I always hated that band, but dig Slash, and a huge Stone Temple Pilots fan (met Scott many times, as I'm in San Diego, where he often was). But here's a crazy story. I went to House of Blues in San Diego to have them sign a CD. Again, not a fan, but it was a venue that is easy to get autographs at. So I buy a CD I don't care for, and show up. I'm hanging out, and the sound guys start freaking out, screaming at each other. Turns out, something was going on with Scott (maybe drugs), and...the band broke up!!! Yes, they broke up before the show I was at, waiting for autographs. So....it never happened.
