It was the $400 Boxset,  limited to 100 copies. It sold out within a few minutes

And it reads like the certificate was signed, not the album. 
Box Set includes a Limited Edition Sweater Sleeve. Certificate of authenticity tag included, signed by, Rivers Cuomo, Patrick Wilson, Brian Bell, and Scott Shriner. Only 100 units of this product available.
