Ramones Signed LP cover

I Would like to know if you guys think this are authentic.
The dealer told me that he traded this with johnny ramone himself in the late 90's.

Hello,

To me something their just doesnt look right. I have a couple Johnny Ramones and their is something kinda off with the Johnny. The others i cant really comment on, but something seems a little suspicious to me about it. But id wait for more opinions, their are some people on here who really know their stuff with them, I think Mike Airing is really good with them, but i could be wrong, and he could give you a much better and accurate opinion. But to me id probably pass.

the dealer is asking me $250 for this album.

Can you tell me anyone trustable to look for this kind of item. I been having problems finding itens like this and in the places I did found it, it was either as or more expensive than these or possibly not authentic.
