Heritage Believes "Curly Howard" 3 Stooges is AUthentic

This is a bit bothersome.     On the item below, Heritage makes an unusual statement "They Will NOT Guarantee ...." the autograph.  BUT, then they say "We believe it to be authentic".  A Curly Howard (Three Stooges) Signed photo.     I am not sure what is more striking, that they REALLY think this is genuine or the guarantee disclaimer .....

The signature is not even remotely believable.

come on, tell me that is NOT signed in blue sharpie!  either way it is a horrendous signature.

Starting bid:  $45.  :|

I actually wanted the photo and would have bid on it had someone not wrote "Curly Howard" on it.   I haven't seen  many original photos from this film.

it is extremely troubling that they worded the auction this way.  If they left out the "we believe it to be authentic" statement, then what you are bidding on is basically a photo with a name on it. If they "believe it to be authentic", then they should guarantee it.  The way I am understanding this is if you buy it, and it fails (which it will) you are SOL.
