Are these Sting autographed Posters Legit?

Hello friends,

I was wondering what everyone thinks of these Sting signed posters on ebay. They appear to be certed by PSA, but something worreis me. These posters are sold month in and month out by the same seller, and each time they start at 99 cents?? Maybe this is because Sting signed a bunch of these for charity or something and thats why they have so many and can start so low. But most people dont bid on them, as rarely i see them go for more than 25 dollars. It really is verry strange as their appears to be an unlimited supply, always signed in the same ink, and always psa certed starting at 99 cents. From my experience, Sting's autograph is worth more than 25 dollars on a bad day if PSA certed, so i just dont know what to think. And alot of times, the bidding never gets near 25 bucks. Its just all very strange. Does anyone else have an opinion on this.

The seller is Caposauctions, and after looking at their feedback i think their is something fishy here. And after a closer reading of the items description of the Sting signed poster. It states that the photo shown is a cover photo used for all their auctions. I guess this is why i always see this same STing item offered signed in the same ink. Yet i have seen many of these sold to people. Yet from what the seller says, it appears the poster you will get will be psa certified? Then why not show it to start with, as thats very important? And how do you have so many and such low prices? Since each PSA certed Sting poster would look different and have different cert numbers, than you would have to see the individual graph.

Yet this seller is using a cover photo for all his auctions for psa sting signed posters. it doesnt add up. And again, this isnt just the same item ive been seeing month in and month out. He has sold many of these. I also looked at his feedback, and it seems their have been quite a few returns b/c they got different autographs than the one they thought they were purchasing.

Does anyone know anything about this seller? I think they are pulling the old bait and switch. .
