Found this at a junk store for a quarter. anyone know who it is? The date is 1937. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you get a chance, could we get a closer look  at the signature itself?  That photo just isn't ringing any bells.  Almost looks like it might be a politician of some sort (although someone should have given him a heads up on the tie).

Yea it looks like the last name is "Freudmay"... that could be something of a local politician, local celebrity, or any number of other minimally recognizable individuals.
