Jason had started a thread; http://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/what-is-exact-proof-...

and like all good threads there are discussions witin discussions but this sub-discussion came up on a dealer Milton Lubin & http://www.substancecollectables.com/boxing_hall_of_fame___1

It appears that in 2003 although the Lubans were properly served but they failed to answer the complaint.

DECISION AND ORDER
MARRERO, District Judge.
By order dated July 22, 2003, the Court authorized entry of a default judgment in favor of plaintiffs Tiffany (NJ) Inc. and Tiffany and Company (collectively, "Tiffany") and against defendants Milton and Connie Luban and their company Luban Incorp. (collectively, the "Lubans"), the proprietors of an internet site selling counterfeit Tiffany merchandise in violation of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114(1), 1116(d). Upon consideration of Tiffany's written and oral evidence as to its damages, the Court awards Tiffany a judgment in the amount of $573,818.64.

Jason went on further in one comment;

This link is the link with the guy and the actual photo we have on files one doctored that has the guy mentioned above.

On 17 May 2012 the guys who were building a file heard the following news : He received a letter from the lawyers of Prince Marketing and Super Star Greetings today. Telling him to remove all items and images of Joe Frazier, Micky Ward, Roy Jones Jr, Hulk Hogan, Chuck Zito, Vinnie Paz and the Super Star Greetings logo. This guy is total scum and is getting what he deserves.

The most famous website in the world for tackling fakes did a special on him here you can read it for your selfs. click the link.

I wont pu the photos yet I will leave them as aces in our hands till we have too but I believe there is enough here to make your minds up if this is true or not.

Recently I received some photos that appear to have been photoshopped and were alleged to be used by Milton Lubin to promote his product offerings.  The one on the left is what has been alledged as the real one while the one on the right has been alledged as fake ones that were used as "proof" pictures.

One recent excerpt from Jason;

Ps yes DB strange here seems no one in America cares about what s going on in their door step and on of this forums own.    (sometimes Jason - it takes some extra cycles ;-)

Since I have no dogs in this fight and Milton Lubin is an AML member here as was pointed out in the intial thread above, it would be pertinent to have some feedback on these claims and allegations.

Jason - excellent finds of Milton Luban's handiwork.

You have to just love Kim Kardashian doctored photos.

Scan 1   Muhammad Ali Associated Press photo from March 18, 2007
Scan 2    The AP photo used by Substance Collectables, who placed his watermark on it, as if it was his photo.
Scan 3    Muhammad Ali 2008 photo at Ali Center
Scan 4    Muhammad Ali 2008 photo used by Substance Collectables, who placed his watermark on it, as if it was his photo
Scan 5     Joe Frazier at the Sports Museum of America
Scan 6    Joe Frazier image at the Sports Museum of America, used by Substance Collectables,  who placed his watermark on it, as if it was his photo.

Jason - amazing.  talk about misrepresenting & copyright infringement perhaps for profit.

I am continually amazed at how widespread it seems to be and how it must taint all products being sold.  More surprising is how long it took to open a thread on this individual!  Perhaps even more disconcerting is Milton Lubin is an AML member who has posted, as I recall, what appears to be "authoratative" assessments in several threads.

DB This is why its weird to me too , It seems like a cover up how is it possible in the UK and Europe ACAF and ISITREAL have 40 to 50 files on the crook but in america it is ignored by the people ?

Watch this space more to follow loads more !!

Scan 1 Muhammad Ali signed and framed trunks, ebay seller  showusyourmotor05 , from the stock of the senior authenticator, coa Substance
Collectables. Seller listed it on auction 150782425959 which Ebay removed on March 21, 2012, and again on auction 150819134151 which
             Ebay removed May 18, 2012.
Scan 2   The senior authenticator attended Joe Frazier's funeral , attempted to enter the VIP section, and was asked to leave. He broadcast
part of the mass on You Tube. Not only was he doing something that was not allowed, but as you can see from the scan, he
was using it as a vehicle to advertise his web site. Joe Frazier's management informed him to remove the video.
Scan 1 Mike Tyson WBAWBCIBF glove- close up from auction of ebay seller prepasscollectibles.
Scan 2  the image of the same Tyson glove used by Substance Collectables, with the left hand side cropped off, where the PSA/DNA
sticker is located, and no mention of the certification
Scan 3   Muhammad Ali boxing glove from SportsMemorabila.com
Scan 4    Same Muhammad Ali glove image on Substance Collectables, with the PSA/DNA sticker on the right removed
Scan  5 Cassius Clay signed glove from SportsMemorabilia.com listed for $ 1,680.44
Scan 6  Same Cassius Clay glove on Substance Collectables,  listed only $ 750.00 , and the hologram below the
"L" on the SportsMemorabilia.com image  is not on the Substance image.
You can see the lower part of the L was covered by the hologram on the SportsMemorabiliacom image,
you can see the "L" is not complete at the bottom on the Substance image where the hologram was removed..
Scan 7   Close up Cassius Clay glove SportsMemorabilia.com
Scan  8 close up of the glove on Substance Collectables
If you compare the close ups , the color below "Everlast" from the L to the T is different because it was altered in removing the hologram.

So now he is removing online authentic stickers for Cassius Clay signed glove so why would you want to do that unless you are listing a real glove then sending a fake one out to the customer. Is sounds like he has some of the fake Steiner gloves that where going around in 2009. But also he is doing it with the PSA sticker the only reason I could think he is doing that for is he is doing the same as the above but where is he getting the gloves from? He is doing his own signings again like when he flooded the market in 2008. This guy should be in jail. I know he would read this thread so why not man up and say something.

And now he has reopened is authentication website what a joke

http://ssauthenticators.com/home

Here is a Cassius Clay glove that Milton has up for sale and states in the description that the glove is from a Stacks of Plaques signing.

Well I would have to disagree it looks like the photo proof is from a signing that Darren Prince did with Ali which has been altered. I wonder if the glove is real or not I doubt it.

Jason I see you mention the video that he took and put onto You Tube I do have a bit to add to this. After Joe's management company was aware of this video Milton was contacted and told (not asked) to remove the video. He used this video to advertize his company which I think is sick to use a legends death to try to promote his company.

This scan is from ebay seller duckbutt  , auction 110583098743, Muhammad Ali signed boxing trunks from the stock of the senior authenticator, coa

Substance Collectables. Ebay removed the item on September 8, 2010.

This is the original photo and the finger disapears and a Glove appears and the background disapears and the guy with the grey hair has now become stallone

It's really sad that DB was kicked from this site. I Know that he was all over this thread. Especially since Milton is STILL a member here ( even if he doesn't post anything).
