Hey all
I received a signed book ttm. However, I am looking to make the signature a 4x6 (due to the inscription or else id cut it to a 3x5). My obstacle is that either the quotation mark cuts get off or the beginning of the d in the signature.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated !

Mike

Remove the page & cut the mat to the signature. I would remove excess paper at the bottom of the page but I would not cut into any of the dedication. I have done a similar "cut" job before.

It should look fine. The top of the D will be at the edge from what it looks like.

Thanks Jon.  It came out like this:

The surface of this picture makes it look bent, but the only real noticeable error in the cut was on the right side of the card by the quotation mark.  I cut it so it would fit in the older, so when I began cutting I had misjudged.  I could always straighten it, but I would have to cut a part of the quotation mark in the inscription.

I see what you where trying for. I thought you were going to frame it :)

Looks good! I'm glad it turned out for you.
