I have a Elvis Presley autograph and inscribed 8x10 RCA promotional photo, the back of photo is stamped RCA VICTOR several times, purchased this item several years ago...real or fake?  I say its authentic, but i`am not a autograph authenticator, need your expert opinions.  thanks! Jake.

The opinions are purely voluntary. Yes roger does offer his opinion from time to time but you cannot expect him to continually offer his services for free. If you are in a rush spend the 15 bucks.

The picture is great regardless.  The pre-printed sig on the top left was used on several differt promo photos by RCA, but I have never seen it on this one which makes this picture rare in itself.  The stamp on the back lends even more rarity to it.  I have been collecting Elvis items for decades and I have never seen this promo photo before.  In fact, I have looked in the price guides and they dont even list it.  So, if the autograph on the bottom is real (and I think it is) you have some item here!

I believe I have seen this photo before and it is in quite rough shape am I correct?  Regardless it looks authentic to me

Yes, I have seen the image before, but never with a pre-print sig on it or stamp on the back.  Nice piece now that you have blessed it, lol.

I`am thinking that it may have been signed to Gary Pepper?????? Elvis`s friend and President of his fan club.  Possible????

I have the Gary Pepper auction catalog that was held a few yrs ago.  This item was not in there and every autograph in the catalog was inscribed 'To Gary', but still maybe it could be.

Thanks Roger,  Yes its in rough shape, the enamel on front of photo has cracks on top right and along the left side of photo but not affecting the inscribtion and autograph.  Thanks to everyone for for their opinions, now i could sleep....lol.
