Walt Disney Authenticity Opinions

Hi.

So I am currently in the process in negotiating with this guy over a Walt Disney autograph. He claims to be a reputable seller of historical autographs. His story is certainly more than believable and says he had it looked at by Phil Sears.

However, I just want to make sure with you fine folks. I'm not a Disney expert, so I wanted to lay this one out and see what everybody had to say about it.

The Disney Autograph appears to be authentic.

As you know Phil Spears is indeed the respected Dealer and authenticator of all things Walt Disney.

Could you tell us here the name of the dealer and also what kind of authenticity guarantee comes with the purchase.

His name is Ron weekes and he is a collector and dealer of historical autographs and memorabilia. His story and knowledge certainly adds up but just wanted other's opinions on the autograph.

There is a money back guarantee.

The deale'sr website does not indicate anywhere a "Lifetime Money Back Guarantee " in regards to Authenticity issues.

This always makes me uncomfortable.

I don't know how much the dealer is charging you, but I would take advantage of the generous buying options Phil Spears offers and purchase a beautiful authentic Disney Signature from him.

Plus Phil offers a " Lifetime Money Back Guarantee" in regards to authenticity.

Phil Sears will authenticate the signature for free. Here are the details:

Review a Walt Disney
Autograph From Your Personal Collection
(Private parties only. Does not include dealers, auctioneers, etc.)

A preliminary opinion of authenticity by email is free for any signature you currently own and that is not yet posted for sale/auction on the internet or in any catalog. This free opinion is a brief email from Phil Sears stating that the signature is consistent/inconsistent with Walt Disney's authentic autograph for the appropriate era.

To receive a free opinion, simply email help@phil-sears.com and attach a good image of your Walt Disney signature. State that you or your family own the autograph and you'd like a free email opinion.

Additional Information:
