I buy storage lockers and resell the contents for a living and I found this autograph in a locker I bought last week. Being a collector of sports autographs I am always skeptical, I say it is fake till someone who knows more that me tell me otherwise. Storage lockers always tell the story of the persons life and that story has even me thinking this may be real.

Long story short here is the story as best I can tell:

Dad was in the U.S. Army Medical Corps stationed in Germany from about 1956 till Oct 1960

Mom was German and came back with dad in Oct 1960 (Found the stamped passports)

This autograph was found in a freshman mathematics book and this book was in an old Army medical corps trunk that was filled with moms old German books and old collage text books.

The reason I thought it might be real is who would fake an autograph in an old dirty math book and then put it away for 50 years. Also the last  part of the inscription says "Don't squeal please". Did the person he was signing for not know who he was at 1st?

If you have any questions please feel free to ask, I cut this short a bit so you would not have to read a novel.

Any help would be great, thanks.

No, no chance unfortunately.

Not an authentic example of Elvis Presley's handwriting or signature.

Not even barely close to an original.
